The hotel provided a shuttle bus. The ride from the airport lasted about 25 minutes. the decor created a comfortable atmosphere throughout the building. i found the staff very friendly. They were helpful anytime i needed assistance. the food was AMAZING!!! i found great variety and plentiful options.

After several all-inclusive vacations, i found this experience a bit lacking. Many things seemed to be extra. i had to pay separately for ice cream. This was unusual for an all-inclusive plan. this came as a surprise and impacted the overall value i received.

I interacted with kind staff. They were very responsive when i had questions or requests. the reception team provided quick assistance and were available 24/7. the porters offered help with luggage and transport.

the football pitch was a welcome amenity.

the main pool area became excessively crowded very quickly. the noise and lack of space made it difficult to relax. finding a lounger was nearly impossible after mid-morning.

The main pool area was busy. it was difficult to find a lounger after breakfast. the food quality was inconsistent. Some dishes were good, but others were undercooked!!! i also noticed flies around the uncovered food at the buffet.
